One part of the 'Know Yourself' section of chapter 4 had a self assessment aimed at determining ones Sensory Preference, or whether they learn best by seeing, hearing, or doing something. Surprisingly my highest preference was visual with auditory second, the opposite of what I expected. This is because I really like music and also I'm good at remembering things people say rather than visual details about them. Also when it comes to music I can read sheet music but find it easier to just listen to something rather than seeing it. This was a surprising discovery.
